Custom Publishing Information For Bookstores

Nelson Custom Publishing and Canada’s campus stores share two very important goals: serving our student customers and selling more books.

Custom titles represent a competitive advantage at your store since these titles are not available to students through sites like Amazon or half.com. In order to facilitate a smooth and successful ordering process, we ask that you please keep the following factors in mind when placing your Custom orders:

• Order early! The best way to ensure delivery of all Custom products in time for your class start dates is to place your orders as early as possible. A good rule of thumb is to place your orders before the following deadlines: June 1^st for Fall Classes, Oct 15^th for January classes.
  
  
• We have our Custom books printed based on the quantities ordered. In most cases, we do not print the books until we receive your Purchase Order number and quantity.
  
  
• Nelson Custom Publishing will accept up to 15% returns on each order up to 12 months from the invoice date. Please order accordingly, keeping in mind the potential longer than normal turnaround time on Custom reorders.
